Flying Home

Flying home is a ceramic piece of a bird flying above a field an white picket fence. The tea pot is a vintage piece from china. It was part of my grandparents collection. At some point in one of my moves the lid got throughout with the packing materials. It was alway one of my favorite tea pots. I couldn’t throw it out. The handle and spigot look like wood. There is a miniature oil painting on a slice of wood of a bird’s nest with three little eggs.
